Which payment methods can I use?

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Checkout is protected with SSL encryption, which keeps your details private.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum purchase. Should customs charges or import duties apply, you as the customer pay them, and they are not part of the product price.

How long will my order take?

Business days are Monday through Saturday. We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery then takes 4 to 8 business days. Door to door, that adds up to 5 to 11 business days for most orders. As soon as your package ships, you receive a tracking link so you can follow it.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

Start with the tracking link we emailed when your order shipped. If your order still has not arrived 11 business days after you placed it, email support@luluthreads.com and we send you a new item free of charge.

What is LuluThreads?

LuluThreads is an online clothing store with easygoing everyday pieces for women and men: sweaters, jackets, pants, shirts, tops, matching sets and sneakers, chosen for comfort and easy styling.

Are my personal and card details safe?

Yes. Protecting your privacy and payment details is a priority for us. Our payment providers handle your full card number, we never store it, and our checkout uses an encrypted SSL connection.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. US addresses are the only ones we deliver to for now. Should that change, you will read about it on this page first.

Where do your products come from?

Our products come from a supplier in China, and your order ships from there straight to your door in the United States.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? From the day your order is delivered, you have 60 days to ask for a return. For a change-of-mind return, the return shipping is yours to pay. Returns go to our supplier's return center in China, so your parcel travels internationally and the postage usually comes to about $20. Email support@luluthreads.com and we will guide you through the steps.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Email support@luluthreads.com with the item and the new size or color you have in mind. You keep the item you already have, and we ship the new one to you at no cost.

How long does a refund take?

We check your return when it arrives and then refund the payment method you used within 7 days. How fast it appears on your statement depends on your bank.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel it?

Yes, until we have processed your order. Your order becomes binding once it leaves us for shipping; before that, email support@luluthreads.com and we change or cancel it free of charge. After that, you can still ask for a return within 60 days of delivery. If we cancel a paid order ourselves, we send a refund of the whole amount within 7 days.
