Shipping policy

Your order should reach you without any fuss. Here is how shipping works at LuluThreads.

Free shipping within the United States

Every order ships free to addresses in the United States, with no minimum purchase. At the moment we deliver only within the United States.

Customs duties and taxes

All prices include applicable taxes. Should customs charges or import duties apply, you as the customer pay them, and they are not part of the product price.

Delivery times

Processing: count on 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday) before your order leaves us.
Transit: after it leaves us, your package spends 4 to 8 business days on the road.
Door to door: most orders arrive 5 to 11 business days after you order.

Order cut-off time

Our daily order cut-off is 6:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after that time are processed from the next business day.

Tracking and updates

As soon as your package ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way. We do our best to deliver on time, but busy seasons, weather or carrier issues can occasionally slow a package down, and if that happens we keep you informed. Should a delay mean we cannot ship your order within the processing time stated above, we email you a revised shipping date and let you choose: wait for it, or cancel and get a refund of everything you paid within 7 days. Lost in transit, or nothing on your doorstep 11 business days after ordering? Email support@luluthreads.com with your order number, and a new item goes out to you at no cost.

Marked as delivered, but not received?

An order is fulfilled once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address entered at checkout. After a confirmed delivery, a missing package is no longer our responsibility. We still help where we can: you get the tracking details from us, and we ask the carrier to investigate.
